Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of 50% payable on bookings over eight weeks in advance, otherwise payable in full at time of booking.
- A deposit of $350 payable on bookings 12 months in advance.
- Payment of full tariff is required 8 weeks prior to stay
- One night stays to be paid in full at time of booking
- Late check out fee of $75 per half hour will be applied if vacated after 10am on day of departure
- Larger groups & weekly rate by arrangement.
- Special event & long weekends may be a minimium 3 night stay.
- We have a no-smoking policy which applies to the whole of the property.
- Strictly NO shoes with high heels or stiletto's to be worn inside the residence
- Our accommodation is not suitable for young children.
- Dogs are welcome in the residence
Cancellation Policy
Note: Refunds for cancellation of bookings may be subject to re-letting and at to our discretion.
* Re-scheduling of bookings are subject to availability and at our discretion.
*Cancellation with eight weeks notice- can be used for re-booking within 3 months subject to
availability. Refund less administration fee of $230
*Cancellation with 14 days notice – No refund given
*24 hours notice or less prior to arrival date- No refund
* No refund will be given for any unused services or non-arrival.
